While we strive to adhere to the estimated delivery dates which is 1-5 Working Days and lead times communicated upon order placement, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, or shipping delays may impact delivery schedules. Rest assured, we work diligently to minimise delays and will keep you well-informed about the progress of your order.
Upon placing your order, your first communication from us will be a confirmation email. If you don't find it in your inbox, please check your junk mail. Feel free to contact us if you still can't locate it, and we'll gladly resend it. For orders without a provided email address, the order confirmation will be sent via SMS to the provided Mobile number, if mobile number is not available then we need email address so that our courier can communicate with you. The subsequent communication will be to schedule your delivery slot. Be assured that your order is in our system, and we are committed to keeping you updated on its status promptly.
As we Provoide all our customer with Premium 2 Man Delivery so Fully assembled and larger items will be delivered to your Garden and room of choice. It's advisable to have assistance on hand to accept delivery. Should there be any unfortunate damage, it is advisable to check your order whilst the driver is present and reject any faulty items, whilst keeping the rest of your order. However, please be aware that unpacking the order or removing the packaging is not included in this option.
Delivery Communication:
We'll keep you updated with information on your order, confirming the delivery date and providing a three-hour delivery window. On the delivery day, you'll receive a call before our arrival, typically between 7am and 7pm hours. Although we cannot guarantee a specific time slot, you can contact our courier for any updates regarding deliveries
Pre-Orders:
At times, we offer the option to reserve items through pre-orders. Pre-order items become available when specific products are currently unavailable but expected to be restocked soon.
Reserving furniture through pre-order purchases is a great way to secure your desired items before they become available. However, please keep in mind that the estimated lead times provided at the time of purchase are just that - estimates. These dates are subject to change based on shipping schedules. It is advised not to pre-order furniture if you have a time-sensitive event coming up that you will need the items for.
Delivery Considerations:
When ordering furniture, kindly inform us of any access or parking issues for our logistics service, as well as any obstacles, gravel drives, steps, or width restrictions in the garden. Failure to do so may result in an abortive delivery and a subsequent redelivery charge. Please note that Emporium Furniture is not liable for any damage caused due to insufficient access for item placement in the garden.

We offer Home Assembly only in and around London and Essex
Delivery Areas:
Our 2 Man Premium Delivery Service only Covers Mainland UK and Isle of Wight (£60 Extra) Excluding Highlands.
Delivery to Highlands, Northern Ireland and all the islands will cost £120- £180 Extra.
